What is the return policy?
We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photographs. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a return or replacement. Refunds or returns are processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Customised, personalised, and branded orders are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage in transit. Since many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, and form are natural and are part of what makes each piece unique.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours and delivered within 5-7 working days. Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may require additional time. For corporate or bulk gifting, timelines are planned separately based on quantity, customisation, and delivery requirements.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made by people, not factories. Our maker communities include tribal and rural artisans, women-led communities, survivors of gender-based discrimination, persons with disabilities, and craftspeople preserving generations-old Indian traditions. We work with 60+ NGO and artisan partners, creating market access that helps turn skill into sustainable livelihoods, pride, and dignity.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Pan India shipments. We have done orders where individual hampers have gone into homes of your employees and clients. The shipping charges are based on order and location and charged on actuals for bulk orders. We have shipped out of the country also and again the shipping charges will be levied as per the actuals, and will be shared before booking the consignment.
